New Website and a New Year!

I have finally moved off the bearish drupal platform and now reside at WordPress…. a much friendlier place to be! I am hoping to start blogging a bit again but more importantly I am looking for new members and new ideas.

A welcoming home to explore women’s issues and the role of women in the secular and humanist community, as well as host to social activities that encourage a supportive and vibrant community. Our Latest Secular Altercation

The antagonistic conversation that is currently filling up secular blogs and Facebook posts has many of us deeply evaluating our own points of view. There have been many valid points made but the conversation has often been reduced to trivialities that undermine the very important issues at hand. And the divisiveness has been ugly and disturbing.

Who Am I?

I’ve been taking a lot of Facebook quizzes lately. They pop up on my newsfeed and I can’t seem to resist. It occurred to me this morning that there might be a reason for this compulsion that is so ubiquitous on the Internet.
